Unattended Access

Unattended Access allows your technicians to connect securely and manage customer computers without needing a user present at the remote end. Once a device is set up/configured, your support technicians can quickly view, control, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on that machine anytime, making support faster and more flexible.

Note

The Zoho Assist Unattended Agent is installed with system-level privileges. Even if the user logged into the remote device does not have administrative rights, technicians connecting through Zoho Assist can access the device with elevated permissions to perform administrative and troubleshooting tasks. This elevated access applies only during unattended access connections initiated through Zoho Assist and ensures effective device management.
