Do you offer dedicated IPs?
Yes, we do. Wanting to send more than 100,000 emails per month or 50,000 per week and requiring total control of the email-sending IP are some of the reasons we suggest that you consider a dedicated IP. What happens when my 14-day free trail expires?
Once expired, your account will be automatically downgraded to the forever-free plan.
How does the forever-free plan work?
The forever-free plan allows you to add and manage up to 2,000 contacts and send up to 6,000 emails (2,000 contacts x 3 campaigns = 6,000 emails) to them. You can view the plan's feature composition here.
Do you offer discount on an annual subscription?
Yes, we offer 25% discount on an annual subscription.
What happens when the syncs I'm running between Campaigns and other applications exceed the number of contacts I have purchased?
We'll automatically upgrade your account to a range that meets the requirement of the sync and deduct the equivalent amount on the next billing date. Let's say that the system needs to bring in 500 more contacts to complete a sync but your limit of 6,000 contacts is reached. In this case, your account will be upgraded to 6,500 contacts.
How many emails can I send per day from Zoho Campaigns?
Zoho Campaigns doesn't have a daily email limit. We suggest that you take your plan's email volume into consideration and send out your campaigns accordingly. For example, if you subscribe to the standard or professional plans, which come with unlimited emails, you can send as many emails as you wish to. If you're in the forever-free plan, which comes with 6,000 emails per month to 2,000 contacts, you can even use up the entire 6,000 emails (2,000 contacts x 3 campaigns = 6,000 emails) in a single day, if you wish.
