The problem

Customers can book appointments directly online, removing the bottleneck of phone-based scheduling. The system also links seamlessly to client and vehicle records, giving the team full visibility into daily operations.

Client and appointment management

The core of the application is the scheduling module, which gives the admin team full visibility into daily operations. Each appointment is displayed in 15-minute slots, with color-coding for service types, invoicing status, and special notes. Staff can click into any booking to view client and vehicle details, apply gift cards, or generate invoices. The system also includes search and filtering tools, making it easy to locate clients or vehicles across both locations.

Gift and promo card management

Gift cards, which serve as client credits, are tracked and managed directly within the platform. Staff can view balances and remaining services and apply credits during invoicing, all in one place.

Employee punch-in system

The app includes a punch-in/punch-out module to accurately track employee hours, feeding directly into payroll.

Dashboards and reporting

Managers and front-desk staff benefit from a live dashboard that displays the number of appointments per day, online vs phone bookings, and upcoming schedules for the next five days.

The application is also integrated with Zoho Books and Zoho Marketing Automation, creating a seamless back office. Invoicing and payment processing now happens quickly and accurately, while marketing campaigns can be launched in just a few clicks.
