This is your main dashboard where you can quickly assess the progress of your CRM activities and get an overview of your business performance. In the Home tab, you can customize the components to suit your needs.
Dashboards simplify data analysis by presenting information visually. They help users easily identify patterns and trends.
The Reports tab allows you to generate detailed and insightful reports from various modules. These can be customized to suit your specific needs and preferences.
Create and submit requests for your team or others. You can also track progress and monitor updates.

A Teamspace is a customizable workspace for organizing all your essential modules (system-defined, custom, or intergation-related) and web tabs. This replaces the existing tab groups in Zoho CRM.
Default modules such as Leads, Contacts, and Accounts help you manage key business entities. You can also create custom modules to handle specific business functions.
Use this to quickly find modules within your Teamspace.

You can create Custom Modules that are tailored to your business' unique needs.
Non-admin users with the Create Module permission can now create and manage modules specifically for their team to improve collaboration and make data sharing more effective within teams.

This utility bar provides access to your notifications, calendar, marketplace, emails, signals, setup, user profile, and other Zoho apps.
Contacts are people inside an organization with whom you engage regarding business opportunities.
Leads are individuals or organizations showing interest in your product or service, with the potential to become customers.
Deals are potential sales opportunities that can be linked to accounts and contacts.
Accounts are the companies or departments you're engaged in business with.
This will open your settings.
From this settings page, you can explore and configure various tools to set up Zoho CRM exactly the way your business needs.
Manage your personal account information, including name, role, email address, and other details.
View and update your organization’s details, such as company name, logo, and CRM URL.
This option enables you to add team members to your CRM account.
Define user roles and control how data is shared across your team with precise access permissions.
Tailor CRM modules and fields to reflect your unique business processes and data requirements.
Automate repetitive tasks by creating rules that trigger specific actions whenever conditions are met.
Data Import helps you easily bring data from external sources into your CRM to keep everything in one place.
Data export helps you download and back up data from individual modules to your local system.
Leverage Zia, your AI-powered sales assistant, for smart predictions, insights, and recommendations to boost productivity.
This will take you to a list of your deals.
You can create deals and link them to accounts and contacts. Click here to create a deal.
Fields marked in red are mandatory and must be filled in. This applies to all modules.
Clicking "Save" will finalize and create the deal.
This will take you to the Leads list page.
The list view shows all your leads along with key information. You can customize which fields appear here.
Clicking on a Lead's name takes you to their detail page.
The "Lead detail view" allows you to know your leads inside and out so you can plan your lead nurturing strategies to address their needs.
Choosing Convert initiates lead conversion, which turns nurtured leads who show interest in doing business with you into contacts.
During conversion, you can associate the lead with relevant Accounts and Deals.
When you're ready to complete the lead conversion, simply choose Convert.
