What is a data quality report?
A data quality report summarizes how clean a dataset is. It tells you what percentage of values are valid for their column type, which rows have invalid entries, and where data is missing — so you can fix issues before using the data downstream.
Do I need to sign up to use this tool?
No. Just open the page, upload a CSV, and you'll see your quality report immediately. There are no accounts, no logins, and no usage limits.
What file formats are supported?
Currently CSV files (comma‑separated, with headers in the first row). The recommended file size is around 20 MB. Larger files may work but performance depends on your browser.
Is my data secure and private?
Yes. The entire analysis runs locally in your browser using JavaScript — your file is never sent to any server. You can verify this by disconnecting from the internet after the page loads; the tool will still work.
Can I export the results?
Yes. After running an analysis you can export the full report as a printable PDF, or download a structured JSON file containing every issue found and per‑column statistics.
What types of validation does it perform?
The tool auto‑detects column types (text, number, integer, date, email, boolean) and validates each cell against that type. You can override any detected type before running the analysis. Missing values, type mismatches, and format errors are all flagged.
