The ChatGPT integration with Zoho Desk is an amazing upgrade that takes an already power tool to another level. The ticket prediction does a phenomenal job of summarizing the ticket content into a single sentence, which makes it easier for the support manager to assign the ticket to
the appropriate team member without having to read the full message. The suggested replies are spot-on and very professional as though they were written by someone with decades of customer service experience. Zoho is leading the way with its integration of ChatGPT and as the AI continues to improve, so will the ability for our team members to serve our customers by helping us work smarter, not harder.
