Corso and Smith Families, more commonly known as CASF, is a leading supplier of Corian® solid surfaces and materials to the commercial and residential construction industries. The challenge
In the early days, the CASF team managed operations using spreadsheets and several different CRM systems, including Maximizer and Salesforce. While Salesforce seemed like a good fit, the cost became prohibitive, and the lack of available Salesforce partners complicated things further. CASF needed a cost-effective, comprehensive solution that could streamline workflows, automate processes, and provide real-time insights into sales and customer data.
The solution
After hearing about Zoho through their graphic agency, CASF partnered with ASN Business Solutions, a Zoho Partner, to implement Zoho One. Their primary requirement was implementing Zoho CRM, and the team found that moving their Salesforce opportunity module to CRM was quick and seamless. Although migrating their service module from Salesforce to Zoho Desk required some manual adjustments, the result was a more flexible and cost-effective system.
Today, CASF uses Zoho CRM to manage their sales pipeline and track opportunities. Zoho Analytics gives them additional insights into national sales data, website performance, and marketing trends. They've also integrated their ERP system with Zoho CRM, allowing them to update sales data every night automatically and generate invoices through Zoho Invoice.
