"When we started off, we implemented Zoho Recruit for a small IT services company with three recruiter licenses, then gradually we shifted and got into the mid-market space where IT companies had about 20–25 recruiters and close to 100 odd hiring managers, and that's where we moved up. Gradually, we moved up to the enterprise client space where Zoho Recruit fit very well. One such enterprise client that we implemented Zoho Recruit for was Robert Bosch. It was more of outsourcing management. Robert Bosch outsources a lot of open positions to vendors. We also have enterprise-grade products where the cost is high, not to mention the implementation timeframe.
Both from the rollout perspective, where the requirement is outside the typical hire, to offer use cases where we bring in vendors, assess capabilities, onboard them, share open positions, get candidates, issue PO, and track invoices. That was a huge success for us."
