Can I change plans during my trial?
Yes, we encourage you to change plans to discover the absolute best fit for your organization. Click the Trial Other Editions link to switch from your current plan during the trial period.
How do you support businesses signing up for Zoho Connect?
For customers of our paid editions, you automatically have access to our Classic support. You also have the option to opt-in for one of our paid support plans that promises faster responses, round the clock support, dedicated on-boarding and more. Explore support plans
Which Zoho Connect plans are included in Zoho One, Workplace, and People Plus?
- The Ultimate plan of Zoho Connect is included in Zoho One.
- The Enterprise plan of Connect is available with Workplace Professional and People Plus Enterprise.
- Additionally, the Ultimate plan can be purchased as an add-on with both Workplace and People Plus.
Does the purchased license only apply to active users? What happens when a user becomes inactive?
Licenses are applicable only to active users. If a user becomes inactive, then the license will be revoked and it can be used to add other users.
What advantage do I get by choosing the yearly plan?
We offer a 20% percent discount (approximate) if you choose annual billing. Also if you're a non-profit or a charitable organization, we have special pricing for you. To know your discount, please contact us at support@zohoconnect.com.
How is the pricing calculated?
The pricing for Zoho Connect’s internal network is based on the number of users in the network.
How can I upgrade if my team size grows?
You can upgrade anytime you like by going to the subscriptions page. To access the page, click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your Zoho Connect page, and click Subscription. In the new page, enter the number of additional users and make the payment.
Can I downgrade to the free plan anytime?
Yes, you can downgrade to the free plan anytime by going to the Subscriptions page. To access the page, click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your Zoho Connect page, and click Subscription. In the new page, you can select the free plan to make the change.
Does Zoho Connect support multiple languages?

What is File storage space and what does it constitute of?
Zoho Connect has a files app that lets you create and upload documents, from your system or from the cloud. The file storage space is inclusive of the files created or uploaded to the files app and the files added as attachments in posts across your Zoho Connect network. Contact us for more details on increasing the file storage space for your network.
Is my data safe?
Securing your data is core to our business. Our security facilities include full-time video monitoring, biometric access, and advanced fire, flood, and theft monitoring systems. Our network security system employs the latest encryption and intrusion detection and prevention technologies.
What types of payment do you accept?
