Credits function as units of payment for ZeptoMail. Each credit allows you to send 10,000 emails. You can buy multiple credits or one credit at a time. All credits expire six months after purchase.
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept payment via NEFT bank transfers. For more details, please contact sales@zohocorp.com
ZeptoMail works on a pay-as-you-go system. This means there are no long-term contracts that keep you locked in. You can choose to buy more credits or cancel the account as needed. Credits remaining at the time an account are cancelled will not be refunded.
You have the option to choose between SMTP protocol or email API to integrate your application with ZeptoMail. SMTP is a simple configuration method, while the email API can be used for deeper integration.
Email deliverability is a consequence of IP reputation. By only sending transactional emails, ZeptoMail builds your IP reputation and ensures speedy delivery of your transactional emails.
